Upon learning that the Belgian potato industry was dealing with massive surplusses back in 2019, we started the process to develop a truly Belgian spirit: upgrading our beloved root vegetable and transforming it into a smooth, flavorful and fun drink.
In essence: a potato vodka.

But this could not be any vodka.

With PATATAS, we aimed at creating a rich and surprising experience by approaching the spirit with the respect and tranditional craft that had slowly disappeared from industrial production.

The result is a distinctively unctuous -- and ecologically responsible - potato vodka, distilled with love in Brussels with 'in life' enjoyment in mind.
